Still no 60 Hz in PAL games?

Last time I asked about this, I got some answers that said "why do you want 60 Hz in PAL games, PAL games run at 50Hz..." So let me clarify that first, sure, in 1998 that was the case, but since the Gamecube times, most games include a 60 Hz option, and on Wii, almost every game does. This is called "PAL60". The PS2 did the same but instead of PAL60 it was NTSC, which gave serious problems to old-in-their-time TVs, as these did not support NTSC. Nowadays, everything works here, PAL, PAL60 or NTSC. Nothing uses PAL right now, in fact. "and why do you want to play PAL games", well, to play in spanish language.

Now, let's see. Dolphin is supposed to have an option to enable this in Wii games:

But it...just doesn't work:

It should be running at 60 VPS - 60 FPS. And of course, manually setting the FPS limit to 60 only accelerates the game, because the 60 Hz option is being completely ignored. Can anybody help, please?

Well, if you enabled PAL60 and Super Smash Bros Brawl still runs at 50FPS, then it's not compatible with PAL60 (duh)...

I guess that's the reason why the games DOES run at 60 Hz on my real Wii? I guess that's the reason this happens with EVERY PAL game? I guess that's the reason why the game haves a "60 Hz" label on the box?
Please, don't speak if you don't know anything about the subject. The same thing happened on a previous thread I opened a lot of time ago.
This bug has been around for a looooong time. Dolphin won't run any PAL Wii game at 60 Hz, even if the game supports it. Never, ever. The option is there, it just never works.

If you really, really, don't believe me, I can connect the Wii, and take a photo of my screen indicating 60 Hz input while playing PAL Brawl. I really don't feel like doing it, but whatever. This is a real bug, and it's really annoying.

There are PAL games that work at 60 fps... Mario Galaxy pal works at 60 for example, there are only some games with this behavior. Btw try enabling progressive scan.

Really? Well, the games I have tried do have that behavior. Hm, now that's interesing. Why only some games do this? Sengoku Basara: Samurai Heroes does this as well.

And, again, I am 200% sure Brawl supports 60 Hz. Sengoku Basara as well.
EDIT:
Progressive scan won't fix this. (PAL Brawl supports it too, 480p)

Try booting a Wii Menu WAD in Dolphin and enabling PAL60 mode here. If you still get 50FPS after doing that, then it's not compatible...

@ People throwing the 'only some games have this feature' should bear in mind that I've yet to see the box of a Wii game that doesn't support it. I'm pretty sure the vast majority have PAL60 support.
