Couldn't he see if the old codehandler.bin works better? I know that some people have been getting stutters with Gecko codes using the new codehandler where the old one worked perfectly.

How would I do that?

Download and extract an old version of Dolphin--something right after 5.0 would be fine. In the "Sys" folder, there should be a file called "codehandler.bin." Replace that file in your current Dolphin install with the old one from the earlier version of Dolphin, and see if that works. If it doesn't work, you can always download the latest dev version to get the new codehandler back.
