I recently put together the rig in my sig about a month ago specifically to play Dolphin in my living room with my 4K 3D TV. It's been running great overall and I was very pleased with the stereo 3D output. I've been playing at 3x IR and my desktop resolution is set to 1080P (the GTX 570 is not suitable for 4K resolution). Lately I was using build 4.0 - 8459. I played many games in 3D, and overall they ran great. I tried both SBS and Top-Bottom, both worked fine. I decided to stick with SBS because T-B messed up the menu in Rogue Squadron II. Yesterday, I started up Gunblade NY and I noticed that, while the TV did kick into SBS mode, the image remained flat. Initially, I thought somehow the game just wasn't compatible with 3D. But then I realized that something was not right when the same behavior happened with all of my other games. I rechecked my settings, and I checked the graphics config file under my User account, and they all indicated that stereo 3D was enabled. I downloaded 4.0 - 8668 and it's still the same problem. I didn't do anything different that I can think of between now and the last time I successfully played in 3d, which was probably two days before yesterday. What am I missing? Should I delete my user dolphin configs perhaps?
