Hello, I am currently using Dolphin 4.0.2 x64 for windows 7. When I attempt to set up my controller for GCpad I can easily detect the controller, but when I press, for example, Up on the left analog stick, it also uses my Dpads up. On the right analog if I press Up, it presses my upper most button aswell. It does this both ways, If hitting the left button it also trys to use left on my right analog stick. It does this in all directions or all buttons. My bumpers are fine, and so are my other buttons. I have updated all the drivers aswell.

Sounds like you need to change how your d-pad behaves, either by some kind of mode switch on the physical gamepad or possibly some driver setting. Might have to install proper drivers.

This isn't Dolphin's fault.

This may also be one of those issues where pressing a button on the controller makes the UI register the wrong button or no button at all. Right-click the D-Pad buttons and see if you can find any more buttons (or hats – those are usually what the d-pad's labeled as, AFAICT) in that list.

Alright, Well I double checked my drivers, those were fine. I also tried clearing the controller multiple times, move around my computer to different ports, all the simple things. I did the right clicking on the d-pad and found the hats buttons, they don't seem to be used by any button or analog I press. I also tried the analog 3 buttons I found in the menu, they also did not work. I have used this controller in steam games, tho they don't need much mapping.

Also I would like to point out again, this isnt just the D pad, its the same for the right analog stick and the 4 buttons. Here is something else that I'm not sure is normal, I have 2 different device names for the same device on the drop box on dolphin.
DInput/0/USB Vibration Joystick
SDL/0/USB Vibration Joystick
Maybe its just some normal stuff just trying to give more info.
