I wanted to play Melee on Dolphin and, on my first try, without changing any configuration it ran smoothly at 95-100% speed. However since I still had minor hiccups I decided to try to optimize the settings to get 100% at all times. After reading the performance guide I made a couple of changes and ran the game again. This time the game ran at about 40% speed and nothing I do seems to get it back to the initial, good speed. I tried reinstalling, deleting everything I found and changing a bunch of settings but nothing is working. Can somebody help me find the issue? I know my PC must be good enough because if it wasn't I couldn't have had that one good first match. Thanks in advance!

Even lightweight games (including SSBM) will struggle on APUs.
Rig 1: Windows 10 Home | AMD A6-1450 @ 600/1000/1400 MHz | AMD Radeon HD Graphics 8250 | 4GB RAM | HP Pavilion TouchSmart 11.

Rig 2: Windows 10 Pro | Intel Core i7-2640M @ 780/2800/3500 MHz | Intel HD 3000 Mobile | 8GB RAM | Dell Latitude 6320.
