Star Fox Adventures Eur Frame Drop Using AR Codes

Hi,

I have tried for some time to try find a solution to this (over a year) and can't find any solution.

When playing Star Fox Adventures (EUR) when activating AR Codes the games frame rate will drop from nearly 60fps to 2-3fps.

I am on the latest version as of downloading off the site yesterday (5.0-16380) and it was a clean install on a new laptop that is capable of running the emulator, MSI GE62VR Apache Pro.

What AR codes are you trying to run? Some may not work correctly in Dolphin.

Have you tried in Dolphin 5.0 stable to see if they work?

Strange, the codes don't work, though I have also copied them off my own Action Replay, and theyre the same apart from the first line is removed, if i remove the first line off what the Emu already had, it runs as normal, but codes still dont work.

017E16AF 18000000 <- this is whats already loaded into Dolphin, but removed if I copy/paste AR code, and game runs full speed if removed.

When pasted into Dolphin changes to

0422C710 60000000
0422C984 60000000

But they work fine on my console (this is my personal game dump too).

I decided to use the cheat finder in Dolphin to find the address for health and its completely different to AR codes within Dolphin.
