Does anyone have an idea about this issue : https://bugs.dolphin-emu.org/issues/10956

The voices, the music and most of the sound effects are gone in the cutscenes.

According to shatteredlites :
"Last known working version is 5.0-5539 may be a few more that work but it seams to have broken somewhere around that month"
OS : Windows 11 Pro
CPU : i7-7700K (4.8 GHz)
GPU : GTX 1080 Ti FTW3 HYBRID (2 GHz)
RAM : G.Skill Trident Z RGB 16 GB DDR4 3000 MHz C14
Dolphin : latest dev

I'm not sure if you two have the same issue, but in either case, it would be helpful if you bisected to the exact version where the problem started.

If only the cutscene audio is broken, it's a problem with DTK emulation.

I should've tested this more before making a thread.
The thing is I was browsing the Dolphin Issue Tracker the other day, and saw this issue. I booted up Star Fox Adventures to check, and I had the same exact problem.

I just tested the 5.0-5539 build because he says that it was the last working version, but the problem was still there. I tried a few earlier builds, same thing.

There is no voices and music in cutscenes because of the GameCube BIOS that I have enabled.
I had the IPL.bin files for a while in the Dolphin folder, but kept if off as it was broken. It was recently fixed so I had it turned on at all times. I love the GameCube logo when a game boots.

But it breaks Star Fox Adventures. I just had to check "Skip Main Menu" in the GameCube tab and it is fixed.

Strange IDEA, but does it work with LLE when using the IPL?

Guess there is some bug in HLE then. Does it work in 5.0-stable? If so: have you bisected when it started happening? What exact build?

Sorry, I don't know how I misread your question, must have been really tired.
No, it doesn't work on LLE nor HLE.

Does it happen on 5.0-stable? If not, then find the exact version that broke it.
