There have been other reports of users experiencing performance drops after updating to Windows 10, so it wouldn't surprise me if that's your problem.

@Keoma, what games are you trying to play? What is your exact CPU model? What exact dev revisions have you tried? What backend are you using (OGL or D3D)?

Could you post screens of your settings?
Model number means i5-2xxx something. Right click on "My Computer" and go to Properties, it'll say what you have.
Also make sure in Nvidia Control Panel that Dolphin has a profile that is set to use Maximum performance. settings:
Use a program called ThrottleStop to see what your CPU speeds and temps are when you're playing Dolphin. You really shouldn't be seeing "horrible" speeds with that CPU unless it's doing something weird. Don't run any of the options, just use it to monitor what the speeds/temps are after a few minutes. Take a screenshot of it and post it here (or upload to like Imgur and link here like I do)

Here it is: http://i.imgur.com/3lVSar3.png My PC was unresponsive during this time. I had to click everywhere with the mouse in order to click on the X that closes the Dolphin window. When Dolphin runs my PC is brought down to its "knees".

Well it looks like your CPU is running fine during Dolphin.
Screenshot the Config and Graphics options from Dolphin and upload them here (load the screenshot into paint and crop everything else off like I did) (09-26-2015, 01:08 PM)KHg8m3r Wrote: Well it looks like your CPU is running fine during Dolphin.I use the same settings as you, minus the v sync, plus the AR widescreen patch. |
