Stable release for Ubuntu 14.04 ?

Hello, i am new to forum and Dolphin.
I installed the latest git release 4.0+git1913-0ubuntu1~trusty from ppa:glennric/dolphin-emu and I am having some issues. I was looking for a stable release but unfortunately it is not available for Ubuntu 14.04. Should I post questions for that release?

Even though it is a stable version, I recommend you switch to the latest development build (and keep it up-to-date) for several reasons.
Firstly the development versions have improved performance, and also some new features and fixes.
Secondly, by running the latest development build you can help the developers of the emulator to improve Dolphin by providing bug reports.

Also, the development branch is stable enough for normal playing.
