SSX On Tour texture issue

Hi all. I know this game is not on the supported list, but I've heard of people emulating it perfectly.

My problem: All textures load normally, except, the character itself.
The character is see through for some reason, and it's kinda annoying.

The PC i was emulating it on can only play the game at 50% speed, im getting a new PC which will hopefully be able to emulate it at full.

PC SPECS IT WAS EMULATED ON:
ATI HD Radeon 4650
e5300
2gb ram

ive been having the same issues. i know its not hardware for me i can run the game at full speed just have the blinking textures. both graphcs plugins do the exact same thing minus a few FPS or blurriness. ive read that on the compatability list is "broken" but it works fine other than the textures. anyone have any more info on this or possible a build that fixes it? tried r4788 and r5115 but same issues still.
