i i'm new to the threads so i'm sorry if this is in the wrong forms but i was wondering how to add texter mod to ssbb. I know where i can get some (i use brawl vault http://forums.kc-mm.com/Gallery/) but what tools would i need to install them on to dolphin and how would i do it?

Actually you have to edit the original iso and then you run it with dolphin ..

To edit the iso you will need some tools you can download on the brawl vault site as well :

There's a program called WiiBaFu or Wii Backup Fusion, it can extract and recompile ISO images, so file swapping can be done very easily.
Custom Desktop -
CPU: Intel Core i5 3570 3.4 GHz to 3.8 GHz (Turbo Boost)
GPU: MSI nVidia GTX 660 2 GB GDDR5
RAM: 8192MB DDR3 SDRAM PC2 10600 1333MHz
OS: Windows 7 Professional 64-bit
HDD: 1 TB Western Digital 7200RPM HDD

so i used wii backup fushion and it work great but i saw some characters you can add in to the game how would i do that where would the files go?

There should be a folder called "fighter" in the data folder, from there you will folders called Ike, Marth, Mario, Luigi, etc, from there, the characters have FitCharXX.pac and FitCharXX.pcs (Char and XX mean for ex. FitMario00, 01, 02, 03, etc). Those are the files you replace, then compile the ISO. I'm a part of the Brawl Vault/Kitty Corp community and have made some character and music imports myself. Hard work but very rewarding Big Grin

Be warned though, there are some files you should never replace. Like if a mod comes with a few files, replace the same no. of files the mod came with, etc. There is a file called FitMotionEtc.pac which contains the animation data for a character. These can be edited as well.
