SSBB lagging

so i'm trying to play SSBB with a xbox one controller. During the game, the fps drop to 30 and it is realy slow.

my computer is a 17inches alienware laptop
i7 4720hq (2,6 Ghz with boost up to 3,6 Ghz)
Nvidia GTX 970M
8 Gb of ram

wich settings whould you recomand? thank you!
