Main: Zero Suit Samus

Well since I don't have the game yet, I can only list who I think I'll main. Will update when I actually got the game.

Thus far, in no particular order I'm probably going to main one of these:
- Shulk
- Robin
- Marth/Lucina
- Sheik
- Zero Suit Samus

Will this be the thread where we'll find Dolphin users to play against?

Yeah. Also Sheik is pretty garbage this game. Duck Hunt Dog and Bowser are the two best characters so far with ZSS coming in third.

Seriously? The game came out TODAY. How the hell are anyone supposed to know what their main is? I just bought it, but I'll tell you my main after I've played all the characters and gotten to know the game a bit. Probably a few weeks from now.

I'm a Marth main in Melee and Brawl, so I'm very interested in Lucina...

I was using Link in the Demo, but my main was Ike in Brawl, so we'll see....

Yeah, in Japan... But even if you base your main on what others were saying before today, a main only does you good once you've gotten familiar with the character (and the quirks of the specific Smash Bros. game). There are still the various stages to factor in, how well you can actually control your main, and how well that main actually stacks up against players of various levels. Choosing your main is like, science or something.

Anyway, I've played the game for a solid 1:30, still trying to get used to Shulk. I like his attacks; I kind of wind up doing decent amount of damage even when I'm not trying. His A+UP and A+DOWN aerials are too slow for my liking, but I think I'm getting pretty good with the A+RIGHT and A+LEFT Aerials.

Still looking for a Sub Main, probably Fox or Kirby.

Importing exists. And so does YouTube videos. Plus ZeRo has some analysis videos.

Also in For Glory all the stages are FD so that is pretty obvious how it works. Also my Main ZSS is third best in game. When a character is in top 10 you don't need to worry about the character just your skill.
