I use dx9 backend
dx11 backend should be ok too.

Simple, he doesn't use the latest dolphin development version. What i wonder though is why the sudden change to actual photographs instead of capturing, quality wise there is no comparison between the two and you can even see the individual pixels of the monitor in the photograph.
