This is next to necroposting, yes, but...
I was PM'd by a user who pointed out that the links provided in this thread no longer work. This is most likely due to Dropbox changing the way they provide file sharing, sorry about that.
There are still people using Intel HD 4000 and D3D, and they are affected by the problem.
Instead of just updating the links, I decided to update my Visual Studio to 2017 and build a new version of the "Intel HD 4000 and older" -compatible version. There had been some changes in the PixelShaderGen so it required some formatting, not just a rebase. The result SHOULD be equivalent to Dolphin 5.0-7082 in every way exept for the way it handles the TEV formula with D3D.
