[color=#32CD32]framelimit off[/color] - makes my game work 2x faster but with same FPS...

with [color=#32CD32]enabled hires texture loading[/color] and [color=#32CD32]disabled CPU - EFB Access[/color] it works great!
45-48 FPS with 4 players on screen and Lylat Cruise level
48-50 FPS on New Pork city level...
