Looks like i found another way for speed up, in OpenGL plugin you must set:

Copy EFB to GL texture (Hack)



Sonic and the Secret Rings with this hack, run almost at fullspeed, only in some places suddenly fall back to 73%

Just use OpenGL plugin, i almost finish 3 levels and all perfect

Also "Copy EFB to GL texture (Hack)" fixes hang in Shadow the Hedgehog, and very good speed up, now game run at 60% speed:

and no, dx plugin is waaay faster, and make sure to tick ''copy efb to texture'' for EVEN better speeds with direct3d9
