OS: Sony-Vaio/64-bit
CPU: Intel Core i3/M 370/@2.40 GHz
RAM: 4GB (3.67 Usable)
Dolphin version: 3.0-735 64-bit

Do you think dolphin will run smoothly on my laptop?

Fine but not smoothly.
And it will depend on which games you plan to play
