Hi.
You can post your ideas to speed up this game and get better quality

My ideas:
Older Versions:

Enable: Dual Core Mode, HLE the Bios all the time, Use dynamic recompilation, Optimize quantitiers and Use idle Skiping.
Use DX9 and HLE audio plugin.
Close any unnecessary process that consumes memory

Newer versions:
Enable: Dual Core, Idle Skiping, HLE the IPL, JIT Recompyler, Optimize Quantitiers and DSP on thread.
SET: Framelimit: off Watchdog:15(I read that this help in some OS)
USE DX9: Nothing in special: ENABLE EFB COPY to: texture, 4:3 aspect radio and Render to main windows (If you wish)
HLE plugin: Only active the 1rst option. Sound Backen: DSound

Complementary:
Frameskiping: 1
Use Lightning Melee, No items.

Oh... Most of you must know this trick. But i will write it:
To gain a bit of FPS. Open Notepad
Copy and paste this:

TASKKILL /IM EXPLORER.EXE /F
TASKKILL /IM SIDEBAR.EXE /F
start /high /wait DolphinIL.exe
start explorer.exe
start sidebar "without .exe"

Then save it as a .bat archive: Example: "Example.bat"

This will close the "explore" process. Use it wisely and carefully.
OS: Microsoft Windows XP Professional x86
Processor type: Intel Atom, 1600 MHz (4 x 400)
Memory System: 1011 MB (DDR2 SDRAM)
Graphics Card: Mobile Intel® 945 Express Chipset Family (224 MB)
