metroid prime is a really demanding game. You need to overclock your pc alot

mi friend have geforce 9500 have a 34fps in zone 1... why ?

because dolphin is cpu dependant , It doesn't care about GPUs

another question , is dolphin using 2 cores ?

Try using the Direct3D plugin, it's much much faster. And as you can see from my specs, i'm GPU limited. Still, i usually get 45-60fps, depending on the situation. Not bad or distracting either, since the music and sound always sounds full speed and doesn't slow down, you don't notice it. The JitIL recompiler option might help too, not sure what impact exactly it has on speed. Pretty demanding game. Push your CPU up to 3ghz or so if you can, like mine.

Metroid Prime (GC) (PAL) (Sel 50-60Hz)
Status: Playable Without crash'sÂ¡

Test in R5150 x64 (Windows 7 Ultimate x64)

FPS Gameplay (FRAPS 3.0.3):

Min: 33fps
Max: 60fps
Average: 46fps

PC Specs:

Core i5 750@3.2GHz.
MSI P55-GD65.
1GB RAM DDR3 1333MHz.
Geforce 8500GT 256MB.
