Speed issues | Any possible tweaking?

Heyas!!

I just recently started playing diferent games on Dolphin. Came accross some awesome results for FPS and Speed on several games but I am now stuck on one.

Super Mario Galaxy 2.
My FPS average is in the 30s which is reasonable but my speed caps at 35% while moving in the very first stage which doesnt have a lot to show on screen.

Ive been playing Rune Factory Frontier for a couple days and everything runs very well with my speed staying between 90-100%.

So I am basicaly just wondering if there would be any tweaking possibilities on Dolphin or my PC itself to speed things up.

:::My Specs:::

Intel Core 2 CPU 4400 @ 2.00GHz ..............I know I know.....
NVIDIA GeForce GTS 250
2x Kingston 1Go DDR3 RAM

I probably know the answer already, which will most likely be that my specs are too low to run that game, but since I dont know much about Dolphin or PC tweaking, figured I would ask you guys. Anything to even the simplest of answers would be appreciated!

Well you know your answer, new pc or an overclock of that cpu of yours is necessary if you want better speed. Not much else since performance wise dolphin is a pretty optimized application already.
