First, I would like to say that I am not a programmer, and have very little knowledge and experience with emulators.
My question is: how do you obtain a steady, quick, normal speed? I tried playing Luigi's Mansion, and It was fat at first. Then the FPS went to 60 for a second before returning to numbers like 3 and 7. It was painfully slow, so I closed it. I have already followed most suggestions from websites that say how to obtain higher speeds, but none of them work. Is there anything I can do to make it playable?
A side note: I have the Dolphin 2.0 that is given from the emulator zone.
Thanks!
Wow, I suck at typing. **FAST. It wasn't fat, lol.

First you need to download the latest rev with the most compatible version of it for your comp/laptop.

After that you need to customize the graphics plugins and options in order to best tune it for performance/visual fidelity (you really always to to be at 100% game speed). This part is trial and error as most games respond slightly differently.

Otherwise, it is all based on your system specs; if your comp/laptop sucks then there is not much you can do, sorry.

If your computer can run Crysis, it can run Dolphin. If not, sucks for you.
Back from the grave and working on textures.
