Speed Issue Help

So I am having speed issues. Dolphin its self is not running slow (config, options, etc) but while trying to play The Legend of Zelda Collector's Edition it lags a good bit. The music is slow and skips, and the video is jumpy and slow. I only have a small amount of knowledge with dolphin as well as linux since I just started using them. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Currently running Dolphin 4.0-4163

Your CPU is really slow, and can't emulate the games at full speed. Upgrading to a newer dev build of Dolphin may help a little bit.

Impressive, I didn't know AMD sold CPUs that slow.

FYI , people that have a hundred times much faster CPU (FX 8350) than that CPU still struggle in demanding games
Get a gaming device , a powerful one if you wish to run most games decently
