Sound stuttering

Hello,

I have an Asrock Beebox with N3150 with LibreElec CommunityBuild (devel-20170216) installed. Dolphin 7.90.001-2886 is preinstalled with EmulationStation.
Sound is going through HDMI (ALSA) to my TV.
First I got no sound at all, than I found a working asound.conf file from here:
http://www.gentooforum.de/artikel/18040/asound-conf-fu-meister-gesucht-kan-le-duplizieren-klonen.html

Now I have sound, but it's distorted and stuttering.
For example, when I start Mario Kart, in the menue, sound plays fine, but when the intro video starts the sound gets bad.
The video is good, I would say (almost) fluent, but the sound...
Is my CPU just to slow, but why is the video not stuttering than?

Anyone knows any optimations I can make in Dolphin or especially in the asound.conf?
Maybe different audio buffering or something like that?

If the game is not running full speed, the sound will stutter when it runs out of buffer. A video can use a lot of CPU (emulating a CPU/GPU decoding video) so, it may be that the CPU isn't fast enough. I'm not exactly familiar with that processor.
