Sound slowdown on new Dolphin version

Use the latest dev build; synchronous audio support was added and for quite a while it was laggy. Afterwards, Degasus rewrote the audio backends to make it sync up better. I'd find the exact build, but, using the latest dev build is usually a good idea. If you want to go back and search for an older one that still has the less latent audio, that's fine as well.
