Im new to the forums and have read over all the stickies, including the "audio support in dolphin (read if you are new to dolphin)" thread.

Now under the working list on that audio thread it shows mario sunshine. This thread is approaching 1 year old. I have downloaded the latest version of dolphin snv r 3402 from emulator zone and have managed to get the mario sunshine (us version) iso working! Only problem is there is still no sound for me.

I know some games, it is to be expected. But this particular game is under the working list. So I was wondering, are there are little tricks to get audio working properly in mario sunshine?

Other than that, ive had some good success with this emulator. Lots of nice options and everything seems to work as it should so far. Keep up the good work guys!

Thanks jay. I updated to the later version and the sound works in mario now. Waverace bluestorm is still a buggy mess. And come to think of it, mario is nearly unplayable as well. In areas that look like clean grass, he gets caught in invisible graffiti and dies. How annoying is that?

Switch CopyEFBtoRAM to CopyEFBtoGL when you are in such an area. Then switch it back.

The King,
That worked. Thanks! But now the fps are really slow lol. I cant seem to win with this game. I figured a 4.2ghz i7 and sli would be enough. I suppose not.

The only thing I noticed offhand that slows it down alot is enabling vsync. The fps thing can't be right because it always says 50+ and I know for a fact it dips into the 20s sometimes. Im not going to complain too much because i thinks its sweet being able to play gamecube and wii on the computer. I guess I just expected it to run a tad smoother. But im sure itll get there soon. Can't wait!
