Every time the Wiimote speaker emits sound, for example when playing Super Mario Galaxy, the Wiimote’s responsiveness as a pointing device is temporarily impaired.
Any tips?

That is quite annoying. Just disable the speaker for now, sound from it is lagged and echoey anyway. They need to optimise the sound stream to the speakers so that sound and movement can be properly transmitted in parallel over Bluetooth. Hopefully it'll be implemented soon.
