Basically, the fps is great, but there's a sound that's like cracking coming along with background music.

On Muramasa the demon blade it's minor..almost neglegible.(Only hear when you're traversing out of combat every now and then)

On Radiant dawn you hear it right from the intro movie...and very severe.

I only tested on these two games. Tried changing to xaudio, changing sample rate to 32000, changing to LLE recompiler, none of this works.

Currently using 3.0-377. Already tried with the latest build on download page and the cracking is now even more audible...

Try using the latest development revision (from http://dolphin-emu.org/download/ of course) and use LLE with the OpenAL backend.

There is an issue in Dolphin (or some related component and numerous issues have been logged about it). Check the Audio glitch thread for a more comprehensive list of items and tests involved.

Hmm I dunno...I read through the other threads but can't seem to locate anyone with same problem except somewhat similar sound glitch in xenoblade thread.

It may be small enough to neglect it,but it will give me a peace of my mind knowing that this isn't just me...

Anyone who have played the stated above two games encountered similar problem ? (The sound is like one of those that you hear when a drop of liquid hit fire or a short burst of electricity...sorry I'm not really good at describing it but that's how I hear it)

Just to be sure I thought it could be hardware problem so I switched my headphone the sound is still there.., I tested with other audio(games, music) and there's not a slightest hint of this occurance in them...so it's with dolphin's only..
