Sound/ music troubles

When ever I play ANY gamecube game my sound Glitches out constatly
I somtimes don't here any music, somtimes I hear 2 music tracks at once and other times I
hear annoying beebing sounds. How do I fix this.. I'm using Dolphin 3.0

My computer
Processor: Pentium® Dual Core 2.70 GHz
RAM: 2 GB
OP: Windows 7

Thanks for providing your settings, the version of dolphin you were using, and the games that you tried, I'll get right on it.

ALl GC games

I don't know what you mean by settings (which settings)

I clicked configure
Under "General" these things are checked
Enable Duel Core
Enable Idle skipping
JIT Recompiler

Audio

DSP HLE Emulation
Enable DTK music
ENable audio
audio backbend- Dsound
Samble sond- 48000 hertz

Well you would need to be more precise but nevermind I assume you didn't touch anything in the config. Games you've tried to play (and most of games in general) need LLE (in sound config) to get a correct sound (read this http://forums.dolphin-emu.org/showthread.php?tid=3823). If you "only" use HLE you'll get good sound but not excellent sound btw LLE requires a good engine to work fine so HLE is a good alternative
