Anyway, your CPU is terribly weak for Dolphin. You really need an upgrade if you want to play the emulator at decent speeds. If you give us a budget, we can give you a build in that price range (of course you have to have a realistic budget).



Unfortunately I'm too broke to afford a better computer. Ah well its not so bad though. I guess I can deal with the laggy sound. Everything else seems to work okay otherwise for the most part . Thanks for the help tho

On latest builds you have the option to select a frame limit under full speed (I explain: if you are playing a game that requires constant 60 FPS to run properly and you are hitting only 40, you can set frame limit to 40 on the options. The sound will scale with the selected max speed).

I know there´s a name for that, but I can´t remember right now. Tongue

Or you can just use OpenAL audio backend and be happy (atcost of a small altency, of course)...
