I updated to Dolphin 4.0 today to try to fix the old issue 3.5 would give me with static sound. I have a new issue now, it sounds as if the sound is "popping" or something, like the sound isn't keeping up even though I have stable 60fps. Unchecking insert sd card fixes this issue but then I can't play Project M, I have been trying to mess with settings but am having no luck. Anyone know the issue?

Specs
Intel Core i7-2670QM
Nvidia 525M
6GB Ram
Windows 8 x64

Tried that, also tested on a 4670k i5 processor 8GB ram and Nvidia 760 GPU, and I get the same problem, there is definitely an issue here when specs like that have problems.

Also getting the same type of problem after fiddling with the sound settings and graphic settings. Still no change. Vanilla Brawl works with no sound hiccups or graphic problems, possibly a problem with using an SD like was previously stated

Yes, at this point I've come to the conclusion that it is definitely the insert sd card option, this build isn't exactly "stable" then, it might not effect everyone but that doesn't mean it's still a partially broken feature by 4.0, I'd work on it myself if I had the slightest clue of what to do. But someone who knows what they are doing should really have this brought to their attention.

Dirtboy345, please file a bug with all of the details. This will help devs fix it faster.
