Sound is choppy in Def Jam FFNY and game lags during gameplay

Is there anyway I can fix the sound issues or make the game run smoother?

I check the game settings and all the Core settings are black boxed.

As for the Specs


Windows 10 64 bit.

AMD Ryzen 7 1700 eight core processor. 3.00 Ghz

RAM 16.0 GB

GPU is a Radeon 550 series
