Hello, im kind of new to Dolphin and i guess its working really great exept that I've got some trouble with the sound in Super Smash Bros Brawl. I get some "sound noise" sometimes and it's really annoying. Now i don't know if this happens in all games or if its only this game since I haven't tried other games. Could it be my headset? I guess not since its working perfectly fine with everything else.

My headset: Logitech G35
Version of Dolphin: 3.0-371

"Dump audio" isnt selected, should I select it?

This is a known bug, it occur randomly and the only fix for it is using LLE (require a DSP dump and is slow if compared with HLE). You don't need to select "Dump audio" this function doesn't fix anything, it only record the sound that you are hearing to User\Dumps. Try also using XAudio2 backend (doesn't fix the issue, but it is less common for me when using this backend)...
Avell A70 MOB: Core i7-11800H, GeForce RTX 3060, 16 GB DDR4-3200, Windows 11 (Insider Preview)
ASRock Z97M OC Formula: Pentium G3258, GeForce GT 440, 16 GB DDR3-1600, Windows 10 (22H2)

Is audio throttle on?
Are you using the xaudio backend?
Are you going to provide any information at all?

This is unrelated to the thread topic. However I will assist you here, but only if you provide your current settings (screenshots please) so I can tell you what to change.

Is that "sound noise" problem a result of the HLE regression that was posted as issue 4940 on Google Code? If so, perhaps try a build of a revision older than 3fc5d8d7cf90 (3.0-176)?

Audio Throttle: since revision 3.0-308 (c53593a... according to git), this option is no longer in the Audio tab; to enable it, open the General tab, and pick "Audio" in the "Framelimit" drop-down menu.
XAudio: in the Audio backend, try picking "XAudio2" instead of "DSound" in the "Audio Backend" drop-down menu.
My computer specs:
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate x86
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E6750 @2.66Ghz - 2GB of DDR2 RAM (400Mhz)
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GTS 512

No, the issue 4940 aren't related to sound noise, the sound simply stops, repeating the last sound played until you stop emulation. The sound noise issue with Super Smash Bros series is a very well known issue, with no fix actually (however the noise stops when you enter in another stage or wen the game starts playing another music)...
