Soul Calibur II black screen

Whenever I start Soul Calibur II on Dolphin 3.0-735, all I get is a black screen. The yellow text that says "Clearing Code Cache" among other things at the top of the screen remain, as opposed to fading out and the game starting like usual.

My PC:
6 GB DDR 3 RAM
AMD Phenom II x6 1055T (6 CPUs) 2.8 GHz
ATI HD Radeon 6870
Windows 7 Ultimate 64 Bit

DOLPHIN SETTINGS:
Default everything.

If this is posted in the wrong forum, I apologize. If a mod could move this in the proper forum, that would be great.
