soul calibur 2 music stops on char. selection screen

hi. I got Soul Calibur 2 running on dolphin. I encountered this annoying problem with the music.
It seems to stop whenever I enter the character selection screen.
How can i fix this?

I'm using a q8400 with a 4850 video card, with the latest ati drivers.
My operating system is windows XP with the lastest service pack.
Audio is from a standard real tech sound card.

I did what you told me too but its still does not work. I ran "caliber" under ell and game music still skips.

Do i need a specific dsp for soul calibur 2?
