1) Those against these bills (SOPA/E-PARASITE,PIPA) are NOT a "vocal minority"
2) If anyone here stills needs convincing that these bills need to be fought against, I would highly advise that you read this. 3) If you live in the USA or know people who live in the USA, you can use the following link to easily tell your representative to get their act together and oppose these bills (I used it and it's legit): https://wfc2.wiredforchange.com/o/9042/p...n_KEY=8173 I was also going to post an email I wrote to help spread awareness, but it's a long email and a lot of the info is old. 01-12-2012, 08:17 AM
I think one of the most efficient way to kick SOPA supporters (companies) butt will be simple thing - not to buy anything from those companies for about a year or two. You don't buy something, and you ask your neighbour, etc. If it will reach 10-20 million people then it will be a HUGE profit loss for them.
Quote:Doesn't this go against your constitution?Armed invasion to other country is a violation of international laws. US doesn't give a f..ck about this. 01-12-2012, 09:58 AM

I thought it was really cool to have someone on our side. Unfortunately this thing called "media" is too interwoven into our lives that the thought of boycott is almost nonexistent...(Even my coffee creamer supports SOPA, yet I still put it in my coffee, that and may be convinced that because my family is a bunch of moviegoers so the thought is nonexistent) This isn't like the 1960's anymore, and somehow I may be waking up in 1984 one of these days. If anyone in this forum lives here in the US too, I'm sure you can concur with this statement, too, can you? Also, there is a saying here in America, "If it doesn't go against the Constitution, not our problem!" Our country is amazing sometimes...D:< 01-12-2012, 06:35 PM
