The issue is actually the JIT CPU emulation core in this instance causing the game to not boot in to the game.
Being a new CPU core, it is expected to have bugs in it that aren't in our well tested CPU emulation cores.

thanks for answer! ok maye I readed something wrong, but how it is possible that people's are starting game's such wind waker, luigi mansion and mario sunshine on their phone's weaker than mine and I can't even get to starting screen ? do you have any advice what should I do to play any of these games on my xperia z1?

You could try downloading some of the earlier builds which didn't have the issue from here:

In the video thread I think I used dolphin-master-3.5-2450.apk check out the video thread for more info. Your Z1 as identical hardware to my Z Ultra so should run the same.
