I described this graphical problem in Issue 267. It seems that it occurs all the time in DX9, and only in certain conditions in OpenGL and DX11:
- If EFB scaling is set to Integral/Fractional, make sure the renderer window is at (or smaller than) the native resolution.
- Or, just set EFB scaling to 1x or another value lower than that.
