Sonic Heroes black screen after action replay

When I tried to use an action replay code to get all chaos emeralds in Sonic Heroes it didn't work and the game is just a black screen when launching. Even after deleting the codes, save data, and deleting and reinstalling dolphin itself but it still has a black screen.
