And SEGA website wasn't? Well, I think there's something they aren't telling us. Wikipedia doesn't list PC as a plataform for the game, but it does say in the article about the game:

And also (This one seems promisory):

My guess and bet right now is that it's happening what I said before, they're thinking about a PC port, but they are waiting to see the game's reception, cause you know, PC has a lot of piracy, they will only profit lauching a game on it if it's a success, because then even if a great percentage downloads it pirated the part that buys it is big enough to pay them bills Tongue

This article you posted is from today. I just looked again at the official site, now it says it is coming for PC as Digital download.

So now it is solved: Generations will be on PC, it is confirmed as of today, and the info from before were rumors/hunches/guesses/leaked info that proved right, gladly Tongue

But what about Amazon? if they were showing the game as to be sold all the time why SEGA took so long to confirm? The information was already there.

EDIT: Look, there is a new trailer and even PC version screen shots! (The xbox360 and PS3 screens seems to be the same, but PC's ones are different, and I must say it looks beautiful: http://www.sega.com/games/sonic-generations
