Sonic colours becomes slow in video

However in-game it runs at full speed but music becomes slow. However everything ok, graphics, other sounds - bgm,etc.
It slows down only in videos. (currently, I've only seen the opening, it fps comes down to 33-36fps).
And 1 thing more, is it require to download some memcard for this emulator like others or it already have, 'cause when I restart the emulator after playing act 1, there's no option to load.
(I've not downloaded anything extra, just the emulator(rar) from some site)

Don't know about the videos as the gameplay runs at 14-16 FPS max for me, effectively 50% speed.
About the not being an option to load, you have to actually complete the first 2 acts before you can create a new profile, then you can save.
