Sonic colors infinity wisp code?

I want to make my outro that one part in tropical resort act one where the laser wisp is bouncing. Thing is the wisp doesn't last long enough for the 20 seconds that YouTube outros usually run. I don't mind making one, if I were lead the right way, but I guess I'm just wondering if there's a way to get the wisp to last for just 20 secs so I can get the footage?
