sonic colors glow

is there any way to fix this

Whenever i move it looks grid-like.

there are also lines on the bottom of the screen(along with missing credits)
settings are all default except:IR-2.5x,checked skip EFB access from cpu and accurate vbeam emulation.
also sonic is teleporting all over the place usually off the level or into a later part of the level then die happens on all levels only when the camera is behind sonic
