I'm pretty sure that I should be able to run this game full speed but most of the time it's at 38-48 fps sometimes with very bad drops in frame rate.

My specs are

i5 2500k @ 3.3 GHz (Stock) *Will be overclocking soon*
8 GB Ram
Galaxy GTX 465

I'm using revision 3.0-374 and I have tried using older revisions to no avail.

My settings are the same as the settings depicted in the performance guide.
I have tried both DX9 and DX11 but they both pretty much give the same results. I get the same performance on Internal Resolution X1 as I would if I was using Internal Resolution X3 and i'm not using Vsync.

This is really the only game giving me trouble. Is there a certain revision i'm supposed to be using? I can run every other game fine. Thanks in advance to anyone that can help.

1st - Try to overlock your CPU to 4.4GHz. It'll help a lot Wink (not only for this game)
2nd - Try the official Dolphin 3.0 release
3rd - You could try this settings -> http://forums.dolphin-emu.org/showthread.php?tid=23618

btw: Your CPU is very strong Wink
