First off, why aren't you using one of the latest dev builds? You can get the latest here: https://dolphin-emu.org/download/
Any other issues that you have with that version of Dolphin you'll have to deal with by yourself, since we don't give support here for anything that isn't the latest dev build Secondly, set up an emulated Wii-mote, and map it to the keyboard/controller that you use. OR Go purchase a used Wii-mote plus (get the official one to prevent issues), a bluetooth adapter, and a usb sensor bar 04-30-2014, 05:07 AM

They (the latest builds) aren´t bad, but probably your PC.
And check them on Amazon, there should be lots of them. For the bluetooth stack, get Toshiba´s since it´s the most compatible with Dolphin. Rig 1: Windows 10 Home | AMD A6-1450 @ 600/1000/1400 MHz | AMD Radeon HD Graphics 8250 | 4GB RAM | HP Pavilion TouchSmart 11.
Rig 2: Windows 10 Pro | Intel Core i7-2640M @ 780/2800/3500 MHz | Intel HD 3000 Mobile | 8GB RAM | Dell Latitude 6320.

One of the audio back-ends has time stretching, try that out
What DJBarry mean is that your CPU is slow for Dolphin. 04-30-2014, 03:18 PM

If your PC is that good, the your CPU shouldn´t be struggling with that CPU (which is doing due to being simply too slow).
