Okay, I'll update my emulater and try all this. Will update post with results. I do not want anyone posting until I can clarify anything so that I can have time to test this stuff.

Update: I can't find the Speed Up Disk Transfer Rate; help?

Right click, properties. Its in that list.

Once again, same settings SAME EXACT PROBLEM.
I never had this problem BEFORE the recent updates. How is no one else having this issue?

@Kingclass101 a different Sonic Adventure 2 graphics bug was fixed a few days ago in version 5.0-2699. It's a bit of a long shot, but could you try a recent version and see if that solves your issue?
