I enhanced the textures for Sonic using uncompressed versions I found online, and enhancing some of them myself. I also made original edits: (Mainly shoes.) (These are my very first texture edits btw, so I can't guarantee they're perfect. ^^; )
I would've liked to do more, but unfortunately Sega did a very sloppy job with the UV maps for him. (Unlike the lower poly multiplayer model.) So I'd need to figure out how to replace the UV map to do anything fancier. (Let me know if you know how. :3 )
Yes, I know Sega didn't need super great UVs for their purposes and I mean no disrespect! But still, it's strange a lot of the texture goes completely unused. And the map for his thumb was crossing over into the texture for the inside of his glove! Casting a dark spot which doesn't look intentional when you notice it. But I fixed it by adjusting the color! ^^
