Awesome work man!
I'm having a bit of trouble though. Is there anything special you have to do to load these textures? All of my other HD textures for Dolphin load fine, but for some reason these SA2B textures don't load at all.
This is how I've installed them:

I'm running Dolphin 3.0-917 in Direct3D 9 mode. (Same results in OpenGL and D3D11.)
"Texture cache" is set to "safe".
"Load custom textures" is enabled.
Yet none of the textures have changed!
