Thanks for going above and beyond to try and get everything for this to be a 100% texture pack.

Time for costume update number 3! These are going faster than I thought they would. This time I have both Knuckles' and Rouge's Battle costumes done. I "think" my next update here will be the final release for the main texture pack (provided I don't discover any other textures I missed).

I am pleased to present Battle Mode costume update number four, and with that, announce the release of Sonic Adventure 2 Battle HD Project v2.2. With this release, I can pretty safely say that about ninety-nine percent of the game has been re-textured. The few exceptions include dialogue subtitles and other cutscene text, as well as some other textures that are dynamically generated by the game. Unless anyone finds any glaring omissions, I am considering the main texture pack complete and this will be the final version. I've done my best to go through the various sections of the game looking for anything I may have missed, and it turns out I did miss a bit. There are several more Battle Mode stages that are altered from the single player game and have their own unique textures, and not just the new stages added to SA2 Battle over the Dreamcast game. Those have now been re-textured as well. Other than that, I couldn't find anything else significant, though there are so many variations to the chao that I might still be missing some textures. Alright, enough rambling. Here's some screenshots showing off Tails' and Eggman's Battle Costumes, followed by the latest changelog and the download:
Spoiler: Version 2.2 (4/18/2019 - 6680 textures redrawn and upscaled - All Battle Mode alternate costumes upscaled and redrawn - inc: Sonic, Shadow, Knuckles, Rouge, Tails, Eggman - Additional Battle Mode stage textures upscaled (previously missed) - Assorted UI elements redrawn (previously missed) Download: Version 2.2 Resource Pack: Download So, I can't believe it but here we are, with almost all of Sonic Adventure 2 updated for HD. This project turned out to be so much larger than I anticipated it would be, even with some amazing tools available to work with, including Bighead's own Custom Texture tool, which is invaluable. Still, I think it was worth it, and I'm more than pleased with the result. So I'll leave it that and just say, enjoy! Aside from the main pack, I've looked a bit into the alternate and holiday costumes from the Dreamcast game, but with a couple exceptions, there's no easy way to apply them to the single player, or battle mode character models, as the textures and how they are applied are arranged differently between games. So, I may come back to it in the future, but for now, I really have no plans to try and add them. As far as Dolphin and the community goes, my next projects may be going back to the other packs I've put out and update them, or maybe start something new when time allows. 04-22-2019, 01:24 AM

I wasn't sure there would be another update for this project, but lo and behold, version 2.3 is here. Shortly after releasing version 2.2, I noticed that a few of the skybox textures had seams where they wrapped around and honestly, didn't look all that great because they were so grainy. It took me a while to get around to it, but I have re-upscaled those textures, fixed the seams, and applied some denoising and other edits as needed and am pleased with the results. This essentially amounts to a hotfix release, fixing only about ten textures, but it's worthwhile. Below, you'll find a screenshot comparison of one of the textures, before and after the seam fix and re-editing, and the download link. Enjoy!

I totally didn't realize that was an issue, but now I can see it and appreciate the fix, thanks!
