Randomly when I turn the remote off, when I go to try and sync it again, it won't. If I check the little bluetooth icon in the tray, it'll have the yellow exclamation by the nintendo device, "this device cannot start", and there doesn't seem to be anyway to fix it at that point, other than restarting my computer. I can remove it, try to sync it again, nothing. If I restart, it's automatically fine. Is this just some dumb thing my own computer/os is doing or is this something more common? It's just really annoying restarting sometimes a handful times a day.

Ive had a similar problem where it randomly says the device has not been successfully installed and will keep giving that error from windows every time i try to sync and power off it. only restarting fixes that problem. it doesn't happen too often, maybe 1 out of 10 times.

I usually uninstall wiimote driver and then restart dolphin rather than restarting the whole pc again.

The warning message appears because it needs to restart certain driver/hardware (bluetooth usb for example). But it would be easier to uninstall driver and/or pull the hardware out and put it back in.
